Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400ยฐF (200ยฐC).
- Combine the riced cauliflower, onion, eggs, cheese (if using), garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Mix well until fully combined.
- Form the mixture into small patties.
- Spray the air fryer basket lightly with olive oil.
- Place the patties in the basket in a single layer without overcrowding.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve warm.
Notes
For best results, squeeze out excess moisture from the riced cauliflower for crispier hash browns.
