- 1 cup Ground Beef
- 1 cup Shredded Carrots
- 1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
- 1/2 cup Rolled Oats
- 1/2 cup Beef Broth
- 1 Egg
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix the ground beef, shredded carrots, whole wheat flour, rolled oats, beef broth, egg, and olive oil until well integrated in a large bowl.
- Grease the muffin tin and fill each cup halfway with the mixture.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and firm to the touch.
- Cool in the tin for a few moments and then transfer to a wire rack.
- Allow to cool completely before serving.
Notes
Serve warm or at room temperature. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
