Ingredients

  • 4 large eggs
  • 3 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 4 cups water
  • 1 lemon, halved
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Bring the water to a boil in a large pot.
  2. Add the Cajun seasoning and lemon halves.
  3. Reduce the heat and add the crab legs, cooking for about 5 minutes.
  4. Gently lower the eggs into the pot and continue boiling for another 10-12 minutes.
  5. Remove the pot from heat, drain the liquid, and let everything cool slightly.
  6. Serve the crab and eggs drizzled with melted butter and garnish with fresh parsley.

Notes
