- 1 pound crab legs
- 4 large eggs
- 3 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 4 cups water
- 1 lemon, halved
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Bring the water to a boil in a large pot.
- Add the Cajun seasoning and lemon halves.
- Reduce the heat and add the crab legs, cooking for about 5 minutes.
- Gently lower the eggs into the pot and continue boiling for another 10-12 minutes.
- Remove the pot from heat, drain the liquid, and let everything cool slightly.
- Serve the crab and eggs drizzled with melted butter and garnish with fresh parsley.
Notes
Serve on a large platter for sharing. Could accompany crusty bread or a simple green salad.
