Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the chopped greens with the fried chicken, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, and shredded carrots.
- Add the crumbled feta cheese on top.
- Drizzle your choice of dressing over the salad and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Toss gently to combine all ingredients.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
For best taste, add dressing just before serving to keep the salad fresh.
