- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC).
- In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and sautรฉ the onions until caramelized, about 15-20 minutes.
- Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- In a baking dish, place the seasoned chicken and pour the beef broth over it.
- Top the chicken with the caramelized onions and mozzarella cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is bubbly.
Notes
