Instructions
- Cook the rice according to package instructions.
- Mix Greek yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, and salt to make the tzatziki sauce.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and add the seasoned meat. Cook until browned and cooked through.
- Layer the rice, cooked meat, diced cucumber, tomato, and onion in a serving bowl.
- Drizzle with tzatziki sauce.
