Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 300ยฐF (150ยฐC) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mash the bananas in a mixing bowl until smooth.
- Add the peanut butter and coconut oil to the mashed bananas, stirring until well combined.
- Gradually mix in the oat flour until a firm dough forms.
- Roll the dough into chew sticks or use a piping bag to create fun shapes.
- Place the sticks on the baking sheet, ensuring they are not touching each other.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes for softer chews. For firmer chews, lower the oven to 200ยฐF (90ยฐC) and bake for 1.5-2 hours.
- Let the sticks cool completely on a wire rack.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to two weeks or freeze for up to three months.
Notes
Make sure to use ripe bananas for the best flavor. Add a pinch of cinnamon for extra taste.
