- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
- 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 egg
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease your mini bundt cake pan generously.
- Combine peanut butter, applesauce, honey, and egg in a mixing bowl; blend until smooth.
- Add whole wheat flour and half of the water, stirring until combined.
- Mix in the remaining water until you have a smooth, thick batter.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan cavities, filling them about two-thirds full.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the cakes comes out clean.
- Allow the cakes to cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Serve a cake to your furry friend and enjoy their joy!
Notes
For added flavors, consider substituting half of the applesauce with mashed banana or pumpkin puree.
