  • 1 package orange Jello
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 prepared cookie pie crust

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the orange Jello in 1 cup of boiling water and whisk until completely dissolved.
  2. Add 1 cup of cold water to the Jello mixture and set aside to cool slightly.
  3. Pour 1 cup of heavy cream into a separate large bowl, add 1/2 cup of powdered sugar and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, and beat until stiff peaks form.
  4. Fold the whipped cream into the cooled Jello mixture until fully combined.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared cookie pie crust and smooth the top.
  6. Place it in the refrigerator for at least 240 minutes (4 hours) until set.
  7. Serve chilled and enjoy!

Notes

For added creaminess, serve with a dollop of whipped cream and orange zest on top. Pairs well with vanilla ice cream.
