- 1 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 cup fresh mint, chopped
- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 egg
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC).
- Combine the parsley, mint, and whole wheat flour in a mixing bowl.
- Whisk together the coconut oil, water, and egg in another bowl until blended.
- Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry mixture, stirring until a dough forms.
- Roll out the dough to about 1/4 inch thick on a floured surface.
- Use cookie cutters to cut into desired shapes.
- Arrange cutouts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow to cool completely before serving.
Notes
Store treats in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week, or freeze for longer storage.
