- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ยฝ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 cup fresh baby spinach, chopped
- ยผ cup fresh parsley, chopped
- ยผ cup fresh basil, chopped
- 4 large tortillas or wraps
- Olive oil, for drizzling
- Fresh herbs, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC) and grease a baking dish with olive oil.
- Mix together the mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, onion powder, smoked paprika, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Create pockets in each chicken breast by slicing them gently and stuff with the cheese-herb mixture. Fold in chopped spinach if desired.
- Wrap each stuffed chicken breast in a tortilla, securing with toothpicks if needed.
- Place the wraps seam-side down in the baking dish, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with fresh herbs.
- Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake uncovered for an additional 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow the wraps to rest before slicing, and garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
Notes
These wraps can be customized to include different cheeses and vegetables. Store leftovers in an airtight container for 3 to 4 days.
