- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 cups fresh corn kernels
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sautรฉ until fragrant.
- Add the corn kernels and cook for about 5 minutes until tender.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Add the shrimp and cook until they turn pink, about 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in the crumbled feta cheese and season with salt and pepper.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
Serve hot with crusty bread or over rice. Use fresh corn for better flavor. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to two days.
